The Bike Shop Santa Monica is the best. The owner Rich is a very fair, honest,friendly, professional guy. He has a great selection of all bikes and mechanics. They always do a great job with fair prices. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Rich makes you feel like family.

Amazing bike shop in the heart of Santa Monica! Everything you need for your bike. Maintenance, tune ups, breaks you name it they do it!! At a great price too! Tony is the man. Super friendly and literally knows all the ins and outs of bicycles. He’s been working on bikes for over 25 years! Definitely check out this shop next time you’re by the beach. They also have some cool bicycles and electronic e bikes too!!

A friend of mine and I rode our road bikes across RT66 and we needed a place which would box our bikes up on short notice. The team handled this with courtesy and speed. They did an outstanding job, so much so, I spent a lot of time unpacking and clipping zip ties which is appreciated when your bike is worth several thousand dollars. They also used appropriately sized boxes for the size of the bikes and we were able to stuff them into the car to transport to the airport. Thanks guys!

Nice people, which gets them an extra star, but I wouldn’t come here for service. Sent my kid’s bike down and paid for a full tune up and some part replacements. Brake cable run short, they broke multiple proprietary clips and used zip ties on some (not all), didn’t reface the discs as charged for, handlebars crooked, seat crooked, etc. Wife had to remind them they charged us for new pedals on pickup that hadn’t been installed. Overall the kind of experience that makes a visit your last. *** While I appreciate the owner response saying it was a “rust bucket”, and that “obviously the clips were already missing”, i respectfully disagree.

AMAZING!! Drew the owner and Chris who worked on my bike provided the most stellar customer service. 7 stars. I highly recommend. The store was buzzing with customers and they made sure to take care of each person's needs no matter what. Also Shoops a few doors down is a great spot for bites and coffee etc.
